The Belgian is on loan for the second consecutive season, having spent the second half of the 2017/18 campaign with Borussia Dortmund after failing to impress both Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri.Now the Blues want to hasten his departure from Stamford Bridge and have offered him to fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace,according to Belgian outlet HLN.2

Batshuayi has scored 19 times for Chelsea
