Olivier Giroud has revealed he has received offers from other clubs, casting doubt over his future at Chelsea.The France striker is second-choice at Stamford Bridge, behind January arrival Gonzalo Higuain, and he has been left disappointed due to a lack of first-team opportunities.1

He has started only seven Premier League games this season, with most of his appearances coming in the Europa League or as a substitute.Giroud’s current deal expires this summer unless the Blues activate a one-year extension clause – and assistant manager Gianfranco Zola says the club want him to sign a long-term contract.But the 32-year-old World Cup winner is not short of alternative options and could be tempted by the prospect of regular first-team football. “I am frustrated when not on the pitch, but I just don’t want to show it,” Giroud said on Wednesday, ahead of Chelsea’s Europa League quarter-final second leg against Slavia Prague.“I am not happy to be the second striker. I don’t know [if I will be here next season] you have to speak to Marina [Granovskaia]. I want to enjoy my football.
